Agreement: By utilizing our services to commission a digital invitation, you ("the client") consent to adhere to the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement is established between the client and our company.
Scope of Services: Our company will develop a digital invitation tailored to the client's specifications, requirements, and design preferences. The client is responsible for furnishing clear and comprehensive instructions, encompassing all essential text, images, and pertinent materials.
Intellectual Property: The client affirms possessing the requisite rights and permissions for all content provided to us for integration into the digital invitation. The client retains ownership of their intellectual property rights. Our company retains the intellectual property rights to any pre-existing materials or designs utilized in crafting the invitation.
Revisions: Upon completion, we will present the client with an initial draft of the digital invitation for evaluation and feedback. The client may request reasonable revisions to the design, layout, or content. However, substantial alterations to the original specifications may incur additional charges. Revisions will be executed promptly, and the client is responsible for furnishing clear and consolidated feedback.
Delivery: Following the client's approval of the finalized digital invitation, we will furnish the ultimate version in the agreed-upon format, which may comprise a high-resolution image file or a digital file suitable for online dissemination. Delivery will be facilitated via email or another mutually agreed-upon method.
Payment: The client undertakes to remunerate the agreed-upon fee for the development of the digital invitation. Payment terms and modalities will be delineated in a separate agreement or invoice. Additional fees may be applicable in the event of supplementary services or revisions requested by the client beyond the original scope.
Confidentiality: All client information and materials provided will be treated as confidential. We pledge not to divulge or distribute any client information or the digital invitation itself without explicit consent from the client, except where mandated by law.
Liability: While we strive for excellence in crafting digital invitations, we cannot warrant that the invitation will be devoid of errors or fully meet expectations. Our liability is constrained to the fees remunerated by the client for our services. We bear no liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Termination: Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement in the event of a substantial breach of the Terms & Conditions. Termination notices must be provided in writing, and any fees paid up to the termination date are non-refundable.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates. Disputes arising from this agreement will be exclusively adjudicated by the courts in that jurisdiction. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges having perused, comprehended, and assented to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to updates or modifications at any time, with the latest version being applicable to all engagements.
